Up High Early Access

We’ve decided to close Early Access and end Up High as a subscription product. The features we created together will roll into the core Up experience, free for everyone.

Entry into the Up High Early Access program is gained through the payment of a one-off charge, with two options on offer:

1. Early Access (digital only) — $25

Entry to the Up High Early Access program as well as 3 months of Up High from the date we launch Up High (you will not be required to pay any monthly Up High Subscription Fee under the Up High Terms and Conditions until the end of this 3 month period).

2. Early Access plus merch — $50

The benefits above plus an Up High merch pack, detailed in-app.

Up High Terms and Conditions

By joining our Up High Early Access program, you agree to these Up High Early Access Terms and our Up High Terms and Conditions.

Our Up High Terms and Conditions will apply during the Early Access program in addition to these Up High Early Access terms but these Up High Early Access Terms prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

Refund & Returns Policy

Change of Mind

The Up High Early Access program does not offer change of mind refunds (subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable law). Participants no longer wishing to participate in Up High Early Access may leave the program by following the prompts in the Up app.

Damaged or Faulty Merchandise

Any Up High merchandise that arrives damaged or faulty will be replaced at no cost to participants. Any issues should be reported to us via Talk to Us in the Up app.
